Call the Achieve Admissions team to arrange transportation from your home or another medical facility before your admission day. Please have the pickup address, pickup time, and a reliable phone number ready.

What to expect during intake
When you arrive at Admissions for your intake process, we’ll start by having you fill out some quick paperwork to make sure everything we have on file is accurate. From there, you’ll complete a simple urine analysis and a brief clothing check — just part of keeping everyone safe and comfortable. Once that’s done, you’ll meet with an intake counselor who will get to know you a bit better and help match you with the primary counselor who’s the best fit for your needs. Together, you’ll also go over what to expect while you’re at Achieve, including your schedule and how we’ll support you every step of the way.
