Achieve Plus is currently available at our Maryland location ONLY.

Achieve Plus is our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) that provides ongoing therapy, family support, and elective specialty groups to help clients maintain progress and continue healing after completing residential treatment.

Specialty Groups & Services:
We offer individual therapy to address a wide range of mental health needs. Clients can also continue one-on-one care through Achieve Plus after completing treatment.

Our specialty elective groups cover topics like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and trauma, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and Seeking Safety. Clients may attend up to two groups per day, Monday through Friday.

Family Program:
Family services are provided through our OMHC partner, Achieve Plus Mental Health Services, and include multi-family psychoeducation groups as well as family and couples therapy. These supports remain available even after discharge.
