    • Weekly Individual counseling sessions

    • Transportation services are available throughout Western to Central NC to those individuals who are participating in sober living. Daily transportation services are available within Gastonia County to those attending SACOT or IOP

    • Humanistic Psychology | Overcoming Shame Substance Abuse | Relapse Prevention modeled groups

    • Case management

    • MAT-friendly and abstinence-based programming with support for individuals receiving methadone or other Medication-Assisted Treatment through outside providers

    • Peer staff (all BHTs and Peers in recovery from SUD)

    • Partnerships with local housing, non-profit organizations, and churches to meet the housing and funding needs of our patients

    • We accept Medicaid and uninsured 

    • Fitness groups

    • 12-step group participation
